There’s a lot of awesomeness going on in the name of this recipe. It’s almost sounds too good to be true: low carb – check! Pizza – check! Lasagna – check! Bowl meal – check! It’s even really healthy but I thought adding the word ‘Healthy’ to the title would probably push this recipe title over the already blurred edge.
So I’m pretty excited to say that I reached the 10 pound weightloss mark! Now, I have a long ways to go in this journey. Right now my focus is on losing weight, then I’ll switch my focus to getting stronger, but I have to say it was great to step on the scale and see double digits!
But, it hasn’t been that easy…

Sometimes, you just need a great slow cooker go-to meal. Something you can throw together quickly on those busy days and have ready for you when you’re done running around and you’re ready to eat.
