We had gotten back from The Bahamas and had a little time to kill before we could check into our hotel, so we stopped at this place for some wine. It was fantastic; how it basically works is that you preload what looks like a credit card with however much money you want. Then you can go around to the 100’s of wines and pick your pour – 1 oz., 3 oz., 5 oz., 9 oz., etc. The bigger the pour, the more expensive it is.
After a few drinks we decided it was in everyone’s best interest to eat a little something, and Dylan I decided to share an appetizer.
They had these chips that were baked with blue cheese and honey, and when you took a bite they were crispy and melted in your mouth, all at once. It was divine. To say something is crispy and it melts in your mouth is a bit of an oxymoron, but it’s true.
After becoming a Brand Ambassador for the Inspiralizer I started brainstorming new and fun spiralizing recipes I could create, and I immediately thought about recreating that dish using spiralized potatoes instead of chips. It’s healthier, quicker, and you get to use your Inspiralizer!
Now, if you don’t have an Inspiralizer now is the time to get one! I have this custom link that you can purchase the Inspiralizer with! My link will take you right to the Inspiralized Shop where you can purchase the Inspiralizer – it’s that easy!
These spiralized fries are so much healthier than ordering french fries. For only 190 calories you can have half a potato, and that includes the blue cheese AND honey! The flavor is fantastic on these fries – the intenseness of the blue cheese pairs well with the sweetness of the honey.
You’ll find yourself wanting to throw a pan of these in the oven every night!
